Expert commentary

Aromas of jasmine and white peach brim from the glass, while taut acidity derived from the altitude harmonizes exquisitely with the rich fruit. It is an accomplished everyday wine that combines the variety's distinctive floral character with a clean, dry finish.

Serving and ageing guide

This wine is in a condition where it can be consumed now, but is not suitable for further ageing. To fully enjoy the vivid floral aromatics and fresh fruit tension characteristic of Torrontés, consumption within one to two years of release is ideal. Serving well chilled at 8–10°C enhances the crispy acidity without muting the generous aromatics. Decanting is unnecessary. For pairings, herb- and spice-accented dishes—such as Thai-style prawn salad, ceviche, or spiced empanadas—are excellent matches. In terms of quality, generous aromatic concentration is consistently perceived on both the nose (medium+) and the palate (medium+), displaying good balance where crisp acidity harmonizes admirably with the warmth of the alcohol. Although the length of finish and complexity are limited, it is a good-quality wine that clearly expresses varietal character and regional identity.
