These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Maison Apéro applications, websites, and enological services provided by Atlas Associates Inc.
Maison Apéro maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content, harassment, and abusive behavior. Content violating our Community Standards is subject to prompt removal within 24 hours and immediate account suspension.
By accessing or using Maison Apéro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal minimum drinking age in your country or region of residence (whichever is greater), to create an account or use our services. If you do not meet this age requirement, you may not use Maison Apéro.
You may register an account using supported authentication methods, including Passkey and authorized identity providers. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and maintaining control over the devices authorized under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Maison Apéro is dedicated to cultivating a respectful, civilized space for wine enthusiasts and professionals. We strictly prohibit: (a) abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening communication; (b) discriminatory content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or age; (c) sexually explicit material, obscenity, or child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM); (d) promotion of self-harm or violence; (e) spam, commercial solicitation, fraud, or impersonation; and (f) any unlawful or infringing activity. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content.
Users have direct access to safety mechanisms within the application: you can report any objectionable message or user profile, and immediately block offending users to prevent further contact. Our safety and moderation systems review reported content within 24 hours. Content found in violation of our standards will be promptly removed, and accounts responsible for severe or repeated violations will be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
Maison Apéro provides automated visual recognition, tasting analysis, and educational wine study modules for informational and reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, sensory evaluations and pairings do not constitute professional sommelier certification or commercial warranties. All proprietary algorithms, visual imagery, editorial content, and enological datasets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Atlas Associates Inc.
Maison Apéro offers Free, Réserve, and Grand subscription tiers. Entitlements and benefits are synchronized across your authenticated devices. Subscriptions purchased through our web platform renew automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account management settings or by contacting support.
You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly within the application settings via re-authentication. Deletion takes effect immediately and removes your profile, Wine Library records, and messages sent by your account. To prevent abuse and protect platform integrity, a seven-day cooldown applies before the same identity can register a new account. Limited records may be retained as required by law or for fraud prevention.
The services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Associates Inc. disclaims all warranties of any kind.
